Alicia Hansen (formerly Herz) is a fourth-generation native Nevadan with deep roots in the Reno–Lake Tahoe region. As a passionate real estate professional, she brings a genuine love for her community and a strong sense of purpose to every client interaction. With four years of experience and a wide range of expertise—from first-time homebuyers to luxury listings—Alicia offers full-service guidance tailored to your unique goals.

Real estate is in her heritage. Inspired by her grandmother, Alice Gabler, a pioneer Realtor in Carson Valley, Alicia carries forward a family legacy of service and integrity. As The Give Back Agent, she donates 5% of her commission to a local charity after each transaction, allowing her clients to give back to the community they’re investing in.

Alicia is especially passionate about supporting nonprofits like Sky Tavern and the Marce Herz Foundation. Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking in the Sierras, and capturing Northern Nevada’s beauty through photography.
